Windows popups stuck on screen sometime

Hello, for some reason when my unity 6000.0.23f1 project open and i manipulate files in windows explorer context text box

stuck on screen forever always on top of all other programs intill i rebot system.
I am not sure what cause it and even not sure what this issue happends because of unity.
But i dont find any other topics in web related to my issue and when this happens unity project opens and editor hidded in three.

Does anyone has this issue and how to fix it?

just close and reopen visual studio popups will gone but they start to apear again when switching to unity it’s realy annoying
