I’ve got an issue with Windows Store apps related to realtime shadows.
It seems like the quality of the shadows on Windows Store apps are set lower than the regular PC. Setting the Shadow Cascades doesn’t seem to have any effect on Windows Store apps either.
Here are 2 screenshots taken with the exact same settings only using different platforms. The screenshots are from the editor.
I know that Unity was overriding the Shadow quality on PS vita before, do you also do the same for Windows Store Apps? Is there any workaround for this?
On screenshot #1 the shadow lines appear smooth.
On screenshot #2 there is much more blocks and when the car moves it just looks very bad since the shadow “blocks” flicker at bit.
