I installed my accelerator to C:\Unity\accelerator, and had the cache directory in C:\Tools\unity-accelerator
I just uninstalled it (by clicking on the uninstall shortcut in the install directory) to do some testing… and it deleted the entire Unity folder tree.
Wow. Guess I have to download a few editors again.
I’m sorry to hear that happened to you. Could you please let me know what version of Accelerator you installed? You can achieve this by using the executable file unity-accelerator with –version flag in the command line or checking in the log file. Also, would you be able to reproduce the bug in the following cases (Same Unity folder under C drive, Unity folder in a different location but not directly under C drive, and different folder name directly under C drive)? And could you tell me what version of Windows are you installing on?
