Question
Even though Unity is marketed as a 3d Game engine do you feel that 2d games are still able to do it justice compared to others like GM for example? Just curious what everyone’s take on it is really.
Thanks in advance for taking the time to take a look and we’ll be updating this soon
I really like the trailer video, it looks pretty cool. Getting a feel of a combo of angry birds+ cut the rope, which is can only result in fun. Looks very polished, the artwork looks great, Will have a look at the android app now , will let you know what I think, hopefully it plays as well as it looks :).
I like the look of your art direction as well as how the story unfolds. My only critique is the background music drounds out the narrator in a couple places in your trailer. May want to check the level on the audio tracks.
it plays really well, i really like the winter levels with the movable platforms. I didn’t realise i would get so drawn into the gameplay, well done. It is really fun and quite addictive. i hope you can finish it off soon, its something i can see my friends playing. there are several items that could be polished, like the bee trampoline, maybe add a bounce animation/movement and also the small squares are quite small on my s4 screen, its not a major problem but its a little bit annoying when i keep missing the square, especially when timing is important. otherwise the game is pretty solid so far, i look forward to see how it shapes up.
Thank you for the feedback and suggestions guys really helpful!
And glad to hear the positive comments too, It’s quite a task for our first application as a team together and appreciate your comments
