Hey all,
I have something slightly different this time.
Although this asset will be apart of the city builder series its constructed slightly differently.
usually, I work using a modular workflow but as this is a real place that needs to be accurate I have decided to use trim sheets with vertex detail to reduce repetition in textures.
Using this workflow I should be able to build the city of Pripyat using only 5 materials (Including Vegetation)
This asset uses a custom shader with vertex color details and parallax occlusion mapping and RTX support for realism.
