Our Project Idea:
Our basic project idea is a Mix of GTA V, BF4, COD Using like real physics like BF4 with a team
death match of COD and the Vehicles and customizations of GTA V. This game will be a mainly free
Roam Multilayer game that will have 4 main city’s with different styles to each. All buildings in the
city will be destructible and they will all have interior and some will even have interactive Interior Like
chairs and water fountains and TV’s. Along with all that we will be including an economy system and a
gun customization system. Now how the economy system works is you will recevive rewards for
completing single-player like tasks in a multilayer environment along with reviving Rewards for killing
other players. When you first start the game you’ll go through a campaign as you go through campaign
you Build your stats and your weapons in which you will use for the chaos of online PVP. The PVP
system will also allow you to increase your stats and build new weapons. There will be a safe zone
called the sanctuary you will be able to take a portal to improve on your in-game technology to be able
to do better in PVP.
Now Ill break down some of the features where adding.
Gun Customization:
Using money accumulated in campaign you will be able to hire a gun smith and specific the type of
gun you want. He will charge a “Fee” from your in-game account to make the weapon the weapon he
makes will be generated using hundreds of different parts for that type of gun therefore it will be nearly
impossible to have two of the exact same guns. along with creating new weapons like that you will be
able to pay your gun smith to swap parts from two guns that are the same class"Pistol, Assault, Support,
Melee, Shotgun" adding to the customization feature.
PVP:
PvP Will be in 100v100 Matches in a massive map. and will have a leveling system that allows your
gun smith to make better parts to make you better guns.
Campaign:
Campaign will be the intro to our game that will take you through the story line of the game (Sorry But
we agreed not to release our story line to any one until it is copyrighted)
Campaign will both provide an income source for the economy side of the game. Along with allowing
the player to experiment with different gun builds. We will have 4 city’s set in a circle pattern 1 in the
middle as the “Hub” and 3 of the out side .You will Spawn in the center city and chose an outer city as
a Home. You will begin the story line of that specific city. Once you finish that city’s storyline you can
Either Move to a Different city Or Go Straight Into the Online Sanctuary Which will be you Home In
Online where you Have Your Gun Smith you cars and bank accounts Then Once you leave you
“Sanctuary You can Use Those Weapons You Have Created To Go to the Online PVP”
Economy:
There will be an Extensive Economy system
where in the Online Sanctuary You can Create Shops and factory that will produce Materials in Which
The Gunsmiths will use to create the gun parts for the players to use in PVP.
Gun Smith NPC System:
The Gun Smith will be an NPC AI That will go to the closest shops that sell the materials he needs to
make parts for the players guns. And therefore each Players each and every action
will in some way or another effect the entire Economy system ever so slightly Like Buying a Gun in a
city a Player has a material Shop That Material Shop has to buy the materials from a factory
that shop will craft Gun parts from those materials and the gun smith will visit the shop and buy the
parts they stock. Therefore when a player buys a gun a shop Owner Gets Paid X amount
factory Owner gets paid X amount and a mine Owner gets paid X amount. The Gun Smith has a Gun
Smith Skill rating that well rate hi quality of work the higher the skill the better quality gun and the
more fee you pay.
players can also spend he time and money to level up Gun Smith Skill and create there own weapons
but in order to do this you must purchase plans from a gunsmith along with a Workshops building to
Work on your guns and then Higher Skilled gun Smith NPC can train you
to make more advanced and better guns.
Mine System:
Mines Will Mine In a Specified area and will turn up X amount of Minerals for X amount of ground
mined each yard of dirt mined has an X chance of X Mineral being contains in that Amount of Material
Mines Will Then sell the mined material to Factory that will refine it and then sell the refined materials
to Shops The craft it into gun parts that are bought by Gun Smiths
Factory System:
The Factory System Will Buy Material From Mines To Refine Into Materials Needed to make gun
parts. Those materials are sold to shops who either sell the material and or sell
per-crafted parts to the Gun Smith that using those parts builds the Guns in which player PvP with.
Property market:
Your House Size Limits the amount of Guns you can have.
Your Workshop Size Effects The Complexity Of Parts you can create.
Your Factory Size Effects you efficiency of Turning Raw Mineral into Usable Materials.
Your Shop Size Effects The Amount of Gun Smith’s Attracted to your shop along with The amount and
variety Your Shop can stock.
Cars:
You Can Buy Hover Cars that can travel at Extremely high speed. to quickly move city to city in the
Online Sanctuary.
You can Buy Trucks To move Large amounts of parts and or materials place to place.
You can also modify your car to be used in Online PvP
Extra Features:
Encrypted Server Side Saves:
All games will be saved to an Encrypted Server-Side database therefore protecting the game from
single-Player moders coming into online.
PhysX:
We will be utilizing Nvidia’s PhysX system for the destructible maps and Physics systems.
Super HD Textures:
All textures and Models will be rendered in 4025p, 1080p and 720p Resolutions.
Hydro Physics:
We will be Making our own water physics system. Like if you crash a car into the water you will have
that big dramatic splash that sends those ripples out in every direction. Along With that we will make it
so hills can slide. Rivers can flood if it rains to much. Along with this we will be adding River Erosion
the longer the Online matches go the more the rive banks will erode.
Weather:
We will have a Weather system that will be a ratio based weather system. Each Day / Night Cycle there
will be X chance of Rain, Snow or Sunny Weather. These Ratios of weather will change every 10hours
Rain: When it rains city streets will have random puddles of water that will slowly work there
way into a storm drain. Storm drains can become blocked by leaves that fall off the trees ausing some
areas of the city to flood in long stretches of rain.
Snow: Snow will be a rare occurrence but will happen snow makes the map slick and hard to
control vehicles along with your character wont be able to walk up as steep of hills. Snow will also pile
up on the streets that will trigger the Snowplow AI System that will clear the snow off the streets.
Sun: The Sun can melt snow and make rain water evaporate.
Performance Detection:
We will have an automated system that will adjust your systems resolution and graphics quality
according to your computer. The user will have the option to enable or disable this feature.
Live Game Anyalictics:
We will be adding a profiler that will record graphs of data and save them to an online database for us
to see where we need to improve the performance side of the game.
Along with the profiler the game will record and report the paths the player walks in0game so we can
see player “Concentration” points.
Online PvP:
The online PvP server will be located at WMCSN Hosting and will be Running on Linux based server.
The Online matches will be Free-Roam free for all PvP. With a max of 200 players per session. Now
why such big games? Well big maps big maps allow us to have more players along with the bigger
maps when not in the online sanctuary you will never have to “Hunt” for a battle.
Anti-Hack:
Cheaters… Hackers… There a constant threat to all games. We will be implementing a fully custom
data Encryption. For Saves and game data transfer along will Listens that listen for player Move speeds
if the players Move faster then X speed on foot of X speed in a car they will be automatically banned
from online. Along with all that all Economy actions are logged so there’s always a paper trial if some
one buys a gun or gun parts to make a really good gun.
Mods:
We will be implementing a Mod game mode to make and play there own mods. The Mod game mod
will allow 3rd
party hosting and will be saved separate from the Campaign and Online Game Modes.
We ill implement a LUA mod API for the game because Who Doesn’t Like to Play With Custom
Mods?
Tho we will NOT ALLOW ANY SORT OF MOD IN OFFICAL ONLINE PvP.
Piracy:
Yes… don’t you just love them pirates? Well don’t either so, we will be implementing a license system
the will register your log in patterns and if we notice difrent IP’s Using your license key your license
key will be locked until you contact us with information.
Subscriptions:
We will not require any subscriptions for any part of the game.
