Can anyone point me in the direction of an actual working FPC? The Standard Assets one doesn’t seem to work anymore and creating one myself has taken way longer than it should and has caused too many headaches. All I need is simple movement and jumping; no fancy sprinting or slope factors. I’m making an arena shooter and I’m looking for something similar to Quake III. Any help is appreciated!
Did you try downloading the latest version of the standard assets from the store?

Alright I got it working, and it’s terrible. Is this what people use? Movement speed and jump height are in terms of arbitrary force and worst of all, the whole controller comes to a standstill if it so much as touches a wall; you can’t move alongside a wall. Are there any other options that aren’t bundled into some $100 asset pack with a million other FPS toolkit things I don’t need?
