Is there a way for me to work on multiple projects at the same time like having multiple instances of Unity running at the same time or switching between projects quickly. Having multiple instances of Unity would be better.

Perhaps with 2 profiles or desktops (linux?)… But even if you could run Unity with each profile… I can’t imagine it being really that great having to switch between profiles. not to mention that you probably wouldn’t be able to bring something from one profile to the other…
