I am getting stuck on some of the details in Goldstone’s book and was wondering if anybody has completed all of the steps in chapters 2 - 4. If so, would you mind sharing so I can go on (and see where I am going wrong)?

Btw, If I remember correctly, there are download links in the book, but maybe I’m just mixing things up.
There is also a tread in the “Teaching” area where people discus and ask questions regarding this book; it might help you.
