World mouse cursor space?

Hello. How can I get the current world position of the mouse of the mouse cursor using Camera.ScreenToWorldPoint?
Thank you.

There’s an example here: http://unity3d.com/support/documentation/ScriptReference/Input-mousePosition.html

But the question to you is ‘mouse position where?’ The example there will give you the world position of what the mouse is over (assuming it has a collider). If you wan the mouse position at the (near clipping plane of the) camera, you wouldn’t have to raycast, just use z=camera.nearClipPlane.

I answered a question similar to this one. Here’s the 1. Hope this answers your question.
