WorldCanvas + TextMeshProUGUI Or TextMeshPro GameObject?

Assuming I only need to render a single element of text.

Or maybe I need to render this element of text in a few places.

What is more performant? Rendering a GameObject that is a TextMeshPro in the scene, or rendering a WorldSpace Canvas with a TextMeshProUGUI?

Is there a reason why you would pick one over the other?
