WorldToScreenPoint have Z Depth Limit?

WorldToScreen has limits away from the camera?
I would like my sprite at the end of a Ray (same screen X,Y), but positioned closer to the camera, otherwise you do not see.

This in my problem:

How can you have a sprite exactly over the object that is far away?

edit: Camera Far Clip is above 1000 (about 10000).
This only it happens with the 2D objects in the UI rectangle. No draw over 1000 Z points!

Maybe because Camera Clip Far is 1000?
So anything beyond 1000 wont get drawn…

No… of course Camera clid Far is above 1000 (about 10000).
