Would a £60 Windows 10 Laptop I saw on eBay run Unity?

Topic.

I don’t have a vast amount of loot being on government benefits (please do not go all Daily Mail on me) and scouring eBay for a cheap Laptop that will run Unity, I found one for £60 plus postage (About $75 at current exchange rate), I think it was 4 Gig of RAM and a 200 Gig hard drive, would this suffice for Unity development needs?

Should I even consider buying a Laptop on eBay or should I spend a bit more and go to somewhere like PC World or Curry’s for a new model?

What CPU and GPU? But yeah Unity itself should run on that, the Unity editor’s requirements are not too heavy. Obviously it’s probably older slower hardware, but as long as you aren’t trying to build anything too graphically intensive, the games should run on it, too.
