Would Installing NVidia PhysX Drivers Help Unity Run Faster?

I have a Nvidia GeForce 285 graphic board. Would Unity run better or faster if I install these PhysX drivers from NVidia?

Well, anything that has to use Video Processing will run better if you have drivers installed.

And its always a good thing to keep up to date your drivers indeed…

Unity does not use nor support physx hardware acceleration.
