Would it be possible to use a reflection probe as a Skybox?

Ideally I would like to have a dynamic sky so is it possible to use a reflection probe that updates as a Skybox?

So I could set up a scene with a skybox layer that used particles and a moving light source to represent clouds/weather and a reflection probe to update the slowly changing skybox every second or so and apply it to the main scene.

Don’t know about reflection probe, but you should be able to do it with RenderToCubemap
