Hello *,
I have finished my new game (Unity 5.0) and I have made a build for Windows Phone. After the upload into the store the icon is not seen. Only a complete grey icon is shown.
I have uploaded several screenhots ans also an icon (300x300) but the store icon is still grey.
Please can anybody help me?

When you open package.appxmanifest file in Visual Studio, are icons set correctly there?
Yes, the icons are all set correctly. Now I found out that in the windows store the game appears with its icon. The icon is only invisible on my windows developer dashboard.
This happened to me as well. Contacted Microsoft support and they said it was an issue on their end and they got their team to sort it out. Another thing to mention is that the Store Icon will not show the correct one, it shows the 150 x 150 medium icon on some store pages. I was advised to just replace the 150 x 150 icon in the package.appxmanifest file. It does mean your medium icon will show incorrectly, but I guess it is better than having a wrong Store Icon.
