BTW, the landing page at Unity Editor Beta Releases is now fixed.

Sorry, found the error. It was in my chair.
I forgot Fiddler was running in the background. Apparently it interferes with the Unity installer somehow. After reading your message I remembered, quit Fiddler and retried the installer. Now it works.
It was http://beta.unity3d.com/download/a34abf3bb95e/UnityDownloadAssistant-5.4.0b17.exe btw.
Its broken again.
