X, y, and Z

I saw a inconsistency in some directions on practice test 2, question 27. I am just worried that,

I am not understanding how the order of axes works.

That question is broken, the correct answer should be transform.rotation = new Quarternion(180, tranform.rotation.y, tranform.rotation.z, 1)

I have taken the practice test for certified unity programmer too and there are soo many errors on those questions. Luckily the real exam questions are not as badly written (but I can say that it is harder than the practice questions)
