i dont know as much about xbox right…
iam working on the inputs for my game, and iam thinking if i should buy an xbox one controller for pc. … or just 360?
is there anything particularily new about the controller that we could use in our game? that we can or have to program. for the vibration?? something about trigger feedback?
anything to consider about controller inputs… special features or anything? limitations??
If you need more then one controller, don’t. Unity is completely incapable of handling multiple gamepads and will end up getting them mixed up and thinking they are the same one. Look into alternatives to Unity’s input as it doesn’t function.
oh dang… so far ive just been doing PC one player… but keyboard and mouse… and then a 2nd player as a controller is fine right?
I’m not 100% sure but I think that’s fine.
i was wondering if it all there was any special new functionality in the xbox one controller? like trigger feedback is something i read about , i suppose unity doesnt have it ? … or ps4, i guess not… itd be cool lol 
I haven’t tried the xbone controller with unity yet, bit one advantage is that you can use a regular xbone controller whereas with the 360 controller you have to buy a PC specific version.
