Xcode errors?

I just reformatted my computer, so reinstalled unity and xcode, and now when I try to run my game on xcode I get about 200 errors and I have no idea what they mean. Thanks for any solution

Hi @ziggler. Are you sure You have selected the right device?

I had the same problem with Xcode in order to run my Unity project on the IOS Simulator. However using a real device worked for me.

BUT, In order to get rid of this errors and run the game on the simulator:

In Unity go to Edit > Project Settings > Player it will open Player Settings in the inspector. Then select the IOS platform and Other Settings >Target SDK > Simulator SDK.

This solved the 200 linking errors and it works on the simulator.

I just had this same problem! 68 errors showed up in Xcode during the ‘Linking’ phase of the build. What worked for me was to change the Scripting Backend in Unity from Mono2x to IL2CPP. Poof! No more Xcode build errors.
