I’ve sent in a help request with Apple, but still waiting on response, so I thought I’d post something here to see if anyone else has had this issue and how they resolved it.
We had to change our email address for the ID linked to our iOS Developer Programme with Apple. We updated the email for Apple ID and the developer. When we now log into the developer portal with our new email address, we can see iOS dashboard, certficates etc etc, no problem. So all looks well from that end.
However, in Xcode it’s a different story. We deleted the dev and distribution keys from keychain just in case and rebooted Xcode. In Xcode > Accounts we entered the new AppleID (that uses the new email addy). HOWEVER, Xcode says that “(email address) is Not On Any Development Teams”. Which of course, is bull!
We’ve removed it and reentered it many times, imported the updated profiles to our keychains etc, but to no avail.
So right now we’re stuck waiting waiting waiting for Apple and can’t build.
Anyone have any suggestions?
