I’m having trouble getting the XR Plugin Management in settings to stop saying its downloading, I’ve tried multiple different versions of unity but my preferred is 2019.4.10f1.
I’ve attached a screenshot of my problem, it’s been like this for around 15 to 20 minutes now.
Try closing unity, then go to Username/AppData/Local/Unity/cache/packages/packages.unity.com/ and see if you can find the XR package, then delete the cached package to restart the download.
