Xrdp package-manager-window not visable

I am using unity remotely using xrdp but it does not render the package manager window. When I log in physically I can see the window. Any ideas on how to correct his?

This figure illustrates the problem. Note on the right we can select the package and left we can click the button. The issue is that the windows is not rendering.

xubuntu 22.04 (vanilla ubuntu remote connections are challenging due to recent features)
Unity editor 22xx OpenGL4.5

FYI. I eventually switched to Teamviewer. The in editor performance of xrdp made it unusable. It may be suitable for coding and building.
