Your license does not cover Android Publishing

I have tried selecting Personal etc but this does not fix it. I am using 2019.13f1

Start Hub
Create New Project
File > Build Settings
Select Android

This gets you the image I uploaded

Also does not start old projects now, lists them, but clicking on them does nothing. Have to start a new project.

Just figured I’d mention, but are you sure you installed the android stuff during the install of Unity in the Hub?
