I received this message from Unity in my dashboard when I did not even break any rules at all.

“Your organization has been locked”
“Your organization appears to have exhibited behaviour that violates Unity’s Terms of Service. If this is a mistake please contact unityads-support@unity3d.com”

Does anyone what this is? is my account suspended?

Yes, if you earn too much money with your app, their stupid algo bannish your account without official reason or not real proof, and if you still wait any last payment, their punishment will be NO LAST PAYMENT for sure ! Like Admob , only bots, no human ! they make billions of $ per year with our apps, but when any major problem occurs, nobody, you will be alone ! cheers…

PS: did you receive any response after your appeal ?? and if YES, what is the max delay ?

Continuing this thread in 2023 to say that Unity does not respond at all. My organization has been locked for a month and they have not responded to my appeal ticket, chat support, a separate support ticket, the forums, or Twitter DMs.

DO NOT USE UNITY.

Hi cash4gamez, I’m having the very same messages and issues. Did you ever get your account unlocked? Any reply from UnityAds?

Seems like speculations due to lack of response,

I will bump it because it got me interested.
We all know unity’s reputation

  • Unity, the famous company that made a deal with “ironsource”
  • Unity, the famous company who’s CEO called us all : idiots (Although he is probably right, making games as an adult is questionable).
  • Unity, the company and engine that decided to use C# for a scripting language and nobody till this very day can explain why (I guess due to managed code and “safety” , see the calling us “idiots” argument above.

so i am inclined towards believing OP that he is in the right but hey, Maybe a unity member will come-by and put an egg on our faces and will tell us it was an innocent mistake , looking forward to that.
