Youtube start time is removed when linking to a video

…you instead get:

Yeah, this is annoying and with ~30 posts to my name I’ve already come across it twice. Even placing 3pmWIfV68sM?t=39s in the youtube tags doesn’t work, you don’t even get the playback window then.
