Zoom in and out too hard to control on a touch pad.

I’m using a Macbook air M2 and the zoom in/out control is extremely sensitive, so much that it is almost impossible to get the blackboard on a proper size.

we’ve added a Zoom Step Multiplier to the User Preferences in 2023.3.0a7, amongst other UX improvements including keyboard shortcuts.
