So it is me Frank again and Id like to say that well first the name of our game is currently called Kendrake. However I would like to talk about the games progress. The game is moving along relativelly fast but there is no sign of a release date in the near future. If you are realy excited to play you can contact Philipdisaro@aol.com for a demo version. This game is a medieval RPG-MMO with soon to be unbiliveable ammounts of mobs and NPCs and even items. Like the Popular game non as terraria we intend on making so many items that it is impossable to collect them all. This game will hopefully be the next big thing. Thanks for Reading and Responding
This sounds like a spam. Is your game made in Unity? Do you have screenshots?
This is not a spam the game is made in unity3d I dont know how to post screen shots yet as I am new to the forums. but there are screen shots here https://sites.google.com/site/theworldofkendrake/home
For all of you who need to Know the World of Kendrake is not a permenate name.
XD
Perhaps more time writing code; less time writing hype.
wow, everything at the other end of that link looks horrible ![]()

Ouch! ![]()
I admit it does exhibit some subtle issues. I thought the photo and header were trying to be hip and ironic. My biggest complaint was that I had to expand my web browser across two of my 30" monitors to be able to see the entire page without horizontal scrolling.
lol, anyone notice the top of the website (kinda off topic)
Franko98gamedesigner , not a bad effort, as to how to post screenshot in the forum, click on this button when you want to insert image into your post, and paste in the url link of your image (For example : “https://sites.google.com/site/theworldofkendrake/_/rsrc/1315080112430/home/Unity%202011-09-03%2014-55-20-11.gif”).
Another tip, use JPEG. GIF gives you horrible dithering to your graphics.
So what you did is download models, place some swords and stuff on their backs, made some crappy terrain and a burgzerg script - Nice job!
PNG gives better quality then jpg.
Your GUI is impressive!
Oh com’on guys. Franko98gamedesigner could be 13 (notice the 98 in his name). Have a heart!
Yes, but you don’t really need lossless quality unless you are working on original texture work that requires to be saved flawlessly. For game screenshot, JPG is more than enough, and it compress upto 10 times smaller than PNG (depending how lossy you want) with almost no perceptible visual difference.
Oh and JPEG is universally supported on every browser since the beginning of Internet, and decodes the fastest too. There were some issues with PNG on older browsers (namely Internet Explorer) so for best compatibility on the net you should just save it to JPG.
"However, versions of Internet Explorer (Windows) below 9.0 have numerous problems which prevent it from correctly rendering PNG images.[30]
* 4.0 crashes on large PNG chunks.[31]
* 4.0 does not include the functionality to view .png files,[32] but there is a registry fix.[30]
* 5.0 and 5.01 have broken OBJECT support.[33]
* 5.01 prints palette images with black (or dark gray) backgrounds under Windows 98, sometimes with radically altered colors.[34]
* 6.0 fails to display PNG images of 4097 or 4098 bytes in size.[35]
* 6.0 cannot open a PNG file that contains one or more zero-length IDAT chunks. This issue was first fixed in security update 947864 (MS08-024). For more information, see this article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 947864 MS08-024: Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer [36]
* 6.0 sometimes completely loses ability to display PNGs, but there are various fixes.[37]
* 6.0 and below have broken alpha-channel transparency support (will display the default background color instead).[38][39][40] However there are various fixes:
o Degradable PNG Transparency for IE6
o webfx - PNG Behavior (IE behavior/.htc)
o The PNG problem in Windows Internet Explorer (IE behavior/.htc) (unmaintained)
o TwinHelix - Near-native PNG support with alpha opacity to IE 5.5 and 6 (IE behavior/.htc)
o A Better IE 5.5 and 6 PNG Fix (supports CSS background-position, background-repeat) (IE behavior/.htc)
o 24ways.org - Transparent PNGs in Internet Explorer 6 by Drew McLellan (Javascript)
o PNG-24 Alpha Transparency With Microsoft Internet Explorer or better (MSIE 5.5+) (PHP)
o PNGPong, an open source solution to display transparent PNGs in IE, Firefox, and Safari without the use of filters, PHP, or complicated Javascript and CSS (JavaScript+Flash)
o Cross Browser PNG Transparency (CSS)
o CSS PNG fix (with background call none fix) (CSS)
o SitePoint - Use 8-bit PNGs with Fireworks
o Use 8-bit PNGs with Photoshop and pngquant
o dillerdesign belatedPNG (JavaScript+VML)
o Dean Edwards’s IE7.js and IE8.js fixes this issue (for specially-named .PNG files, for performance reasons), and other IE 5.5, 6, and 7 CSS incompatibilities as well.
* 7.0 and below cannot combine 8-bit alpha transparency AND element opacity (CSS - filter: Alpha(opacity=xx)) without filling partially transparent sections with black.[41]
* 8.0 and below have inconsistent/broken gamma support.[30]
* 8.0 and below don’t have color-correction support.[30]"

Good point, although I prefer to give valid and correct critique. I could have worded it differently though, sorry! ![]()

Guys, I hope you pull this of, but an MMORPG is a big deal. Maybe you guys are some sort of wizzkids, but I’m not yet convinced that my account would be save with some 13 year olds. (no offense)
I must admit, that I’m jealous that you guys can start at that young age, I started 4 years ago.(When I was 20).
I really hope for you guys it all works out, the concept is kindah need and I hope it really will be different, and that people like it different.
Good luck guys!
