I get the reason why things are reworded at the end of the day, to maximize understanding, but it’s actually extremely problematic if who/what is rewording things keeps missing the context, maybe something to push to the issue tracker team / up the chains for investigation? @sebastienlh
I have noticed that we have access to the original user reports in a comment on the jira tickets so it’s not as bad as I thought, but it is definitely concerning. I’ll ask around internally to see if we can make sure the original report is easier to find and make it obvious that the reports we get have been rewritten by a tester and as such, might be inaccurate.
