Amazing! 70$ sounds good to me. I can’t afford it but if I could and needed something like this, I’d definitely pay 70$ for it.
Any chance for some keep components beyond the gates? Maybe some towers and turrets? If those are included, I would definitely purchase this for my next game.

Your houses and other things are looking good. However, in my opinion, you would need a few more different “types” of buildings in order for the package to be worth the $70 price tag. From the screenshots you’ve shown so far, the buildings look great, but they’re kind of mostly the same type of building (i.e. village store building).
But, the church and the sawmill are a great start in providing different “types” of buildings. And that’s exactly what I would want, that’s what I’m looking for. For example, could I suggest maybe an “archery range” type building (with your same style of course), and a “stable” type building (for horses or knights). If you included those two types of buildings in the package, I would definitely look at picking this up, even for $70.
Don’t get me wrong, your quality would be worth $70. But right now, the quantity of content I don’t think would be worth it yet.
