Hi, we had submitted an ai tool for making enemyAIs for games which was rejected. Our asset contains mixamo characters and animations for demo purposes. According to Mixamo faq page, mixamo allows using its animations and characters for commercial projects.
We have been asked to provide an appropriate license regarding the assets in a text file, and we agree with that. We were hoping you guys could tell us what would be the licence for using mixamo animations in our asset.
I don’t know it that’ll help since I’m no expert … but, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/faq/mixamo-faq.html
Here it says :
You can use both characters and animations royalty free for personal, commercial, and non-profit projects including:
Incorporate characters into illustrations and graphic art.
3D print characters.
Create films.
Create video games.
And if I had to choose one I’d pick this one : CC BY-NC: This license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.

I don’t know about Adobe but most asset licenses allow you to use the assets in a finished product, like a build or something, but prohibit you from redistributing or reselling assets in asset form. So even though you can generally use them in a commercial product, including them in your Asset store package will probably be against their terms of service.
