Its great that you are selling stuff cheap but that coco-cola sign is a clear copyright violation with anyone attempting to use it commercially. can the texture easily be swapped for for something else.
Facts is you are charging for these assets is a potential lawsuit on such a well known brand name

I would not doubt it too much, since companies don’t mind free publicity, BUT those permissions are never transferable. So even if true it would not be possible to use the coca cola ad without requesting permission again.
These look like they were mad ein SketchUp, not an actual polygonal modelr like Blender or Max.

First, correct your spelling and use punctuation, please. And secondly, this is not an advertisement for them. You’re showing their image without their expressed permission. They own that Coca-Cola image; you can’t do that for the same reason you can’t put the text of a copyrighted book in your game. If you don’t understand why, maybe you should at this:
You can’t sell a model with a brand name on it! Simple as that!
Honestly, Coca Cola is such a big brand the judge might decide in your favour, but trust me it’s not worth a lawsuit.
Besides you using the coca cola brand name, the models arent good enough to sell either, id say work on them a bit better before you start selling them.
We’re not asking you to stop selling models, we’re just telling you to remove copyrighted material first. They’re good models otherwise.

Google sketchup is clearly a polygonal modeler, just most people prefer one in the style of max,blender and maya.
I’m not quite sure you understand. Things like blender are for polygonal modelling. Sketchup uses NURBS, mainly, but can export to a polygon-based format.
Your thread title is not correct.
You say “I can give you my fps models”, then you say that you sell them and it will cost money.
That mean that you do not give them but sell them… Words have meaning isn’t it ?
Also even if you are not English native (same for me) you should try your best to write in correct English.
Also people try to give you advice about copyrights. You should listen to them instead of being rough.

When you are working with an international community on an English-speaking forum (not I said English speaking, I don’t just mean UK or US nationals), it’s best to try as hard as you can to speak in the majority language, or at least use a translating service. Because at the minute, to be quite frank about things, I can’t understand much of what you are saying.
