We would like to announce our new mobile game, the first one of Odin Game Studio:

Our members did several / dozens of advergames, now Odin is developing games, casual and hardcore. This is our first try, it was more like an experience than a comercial project, because we want to evaluate our tools, our methods and our strategy. We hope everyone like it. The game will be free.

Intro Trailer (more like a Teaser)

Heist and Run is a casual action and racing game that put you inside a crazy car moving in a pre-apocalyptic world streets, running from police and getting items along the road, while trying avoid others cars.

In a non distant future, humanity finds itself in an economic collapse. Big corporations install a new government system, getting almost all resources that is left in the world, leaving people with nothing. The misery spread around the globe and any tries of rebellion is repelled with terrible agression.

But, when people lost their hope, a renegade hero appears to save the world, in search of redemption, justice… and a buch of coins.

Now, James Carbon, some kind of ‘Robin Hood’ in four wheels, challenges the private police of these big corps, recovering all the money that should belong to the population… the streets of Danger City will never be the same.

It looks nice. Will this be out for androids? I hope it will be. And I hope there will be an online leaderboard like scoreloop or something. You should make something like upgrades for cars like top speed, handling, etc. The only thing that I dislike is the dark mood. But thats just me. I mostly like sunny and green forest games. Id love to see this with a style like Subway Surfers or Mini Motor Racing. But again thats just me. Cant wait to try this game out!

Hey Nabagielis,

Yes, we will have versions for Android as well.
There are many updates already for the game and one of them are leaderboards. We want to check some activities from players first and then we will add GameCenter, global leaderboards, etc.

Also, we will update this post with the platforms and more data

I like the twisted metal apocalyptic aesthetic, but the gameplay looks sort of basic. I mean it looks like you’re just collecting coins and dodging cars. Maybe that’s standard for mobile OS games though, they’ve never been my genre.

Hey Corncobber… thanks for your feedback. We hope you can try out the game next week (we will announce here anyway).
And yes, the gameplay is basic, easy to learn but you will take some time to master the time to dodge cars and other aspects.

We like this game-style and we know there are games like this one, we just put some ideas in and out and then we had our game. There are updates like I said above that will add more gameplay mechanics and more challenge, but the idea is simple… simple as single touch and that was our target, keep it simple, casual and fast :wink:

I don’t know, i no have iphone, ipad, android device …

I play only on browser with a browser game …

the graphics is great, but i don’t know the gameplay …
