use these sounds, http://dl.dropbox.com/u/34874420/M4Sounds.zip Great So far!

Im, not sure about the m4_shoot sound byte. I could probably use if for the AI’s but im not sure if it would work well as the players gun sound. But i could definitely use the reload sound, thank you

I think that looks great. Good use of textures and shadowing. I like the shell casings flying out of the gun when you shoot it!

Thank you  , actually a lot of the textures in this first level are from ArtzKillz.net’s texture pack, so a big thank you to him. But the second level uses more textures that aren’t from his pack. Also a LOT of the second level uses a custom shader i made in strumpy shader editor. Also the second level has realtime shadows. But the second level wont be ready for a video release for a while.

So, i have a question for you people to answer: Should i make the gui more elaborate, or is it with just that box for health and ammo?

Personally i think the goals are a little too far from what i see in your youtube video. You have the player walk to a very far end and activate a door to the other end. Am thinking of maybe putting nearer goals.

Yeah, Im thinking about moving everything past the guess towers up some and then putting another one of this big buildings in the leftover space (cause later in the game you revisit that place and those big building will actually have rooms and thing in them).

Looks fun!

Thank you  also, does anyone know of any better programs for rigging things? I’ve done it with blender a few times but i’m not too happy with the results.

cough maya

No, i cant get maya :frowning: its too expensive. It would have to be something free (or really low cost)

And, If anyone notices any glitches, if you wouldn’t posting them on here so I can fix them, that would be awesome

Thank You Works for me!

Very nice, very nice!
