The idea is that you are a university student and someone who is dying has signed up to be dissected so you and your colleagues can find out which organs will prompt instant death upon removal and which will not. The gameplay is really simple all you do is click on a organ it will prompt a info box that will provide info on that organ you can then click remove if the patient survives you get a certain amount of points if not the patient dies and your points are reset to 0 and you must start again. Different more risky organs will provide more points.
