Microgame tutorial: how do you get the webgl url?

Ref: Explore a Microgame - Unity Learn
step 4 of this tutorial demands that I paste in some webgl url: how do I find it? building and publishing IAW the tutorial does not make it obvious how to find this information. Did it twice and I am still lost. I cannot skip this step to proceed. ← seems silly, but I digress.

I hit a snag there, too. I followed the instructions to Build for WebGL and zipped the folder.

Then, I logged in to https://play.unity.com/, and hit Post in the top right. I dragged and dropped my zip into the upload window. After a brief upload, it was playable. Scrolling to the bottom, I found and hit a Save button. It dumped me on the relevant page, my URL looked like this My new microgame and the tutorial accepted the link.
