New York low poly buildings

Hello all.
As my middle eastern arabic buildings had such a good welcome, I decided to make a set of western buildings.
You have available a set of 23 low poly buildings photosourced from real New York buildings suitable for backgrounds or low poly cities.

Here I am pasting Turbosquid description for the package (only 15$) :

23 low poly buildings textured, photosourced from NYC buildings.
These buildings are very low polycount (from 18 to 138 triangles) and using three different sets of 1024x1024 pixel textures, good for games and backgrounds.

The buildings have two channels unwrapped hand made low seam, the 2nd channel is non overlapping (for lightmaps).

The package includes:

• 23 buildings in FBX, Max 2010, Obj (.obj only supports 1 UVW channel).
• 3 1024x1024 diffuse textures (psd file)
• 3 1024x1024 occlusion map
• 3 1024x1024 complete lightmap
• Unity package ready to be imported ingame.

Awesome package. Just picked up and it’s fantastic. Now the only thing we need in the asset store are low poly residential homes. Once we have that making a low poly big city would be a snap.

You are right! but they are so poly consuming*, I decided not to include them I have to say though, I love them and how they look on NY buildings.

• the only water tower will have a higher polycount than the building itself, being much smaller.

Hello Pedrojr.
As you can see in my signature, on the Asset Store and Turbosquid I have 3 low poly sets:
New York buildings, Skyscrapers Low Poly and Residential buildings low poly. There is a Street props package too, that will be updated with many new props soon.

Now I am working on more detailed buildings for closer distances, the first example is Office building, you have a web player demo available.
If you have any suggestion I may consider releasing a package basen on your needs. I am available if you are interested on having “exclusive” models too.
