Package Manager Error: FileNotFoundException for 2D Animation asmdef file

Hello

Currently using, Unity 2019.4.13f1

I’ve been getting an error whenever I open Package Manager and after it loads 2D Animation Package. I’ve tried to reinstall and install a new version of Unity. Also tried to reinstall the 2D packages but nothing works. This problem persists throughout all my projects even when 2D Animation Package is not installed. Package Manager would sometimes blank out or lag when this happens.

I have also attached a screenshot.
