Post has been awaiting moderation for about 5 days?

Hey guys!
I’m fairly new to Unity, so I asked a question in ‘answers’. Now, as soon as I posted my question, a yellow message pops up at the top that says, “This post is currently awaiting moderation. If you believe this to be in error, contact a system administrator.”

I assume it’s an error, as it has been 5 days, so I’d like to contact a system administrator. Would someone tell me how to do that? I have looked without much luck!

PM me the answers number and I’ll take a look. I spend a bit of time every day doing moderation, so can only assume your question isn’t in a strange state.

my 8 minutes ago post is also suffering from this, what i do?

Posts can take a couple of days for the volunteer mods to reach them.

If you have more then 15 karma you can get off the mod queue completely. Why not go answer a couple of other questions? It’s only a couple of upvotes to get you out of moderation forever.

Edit: Just checked the queue. It’s at 150 questions and four days old now. I’ll go knock a few questions off now.

I also got the moderator approval message when I tried to post some hours ago. All other posts before that were fine. I am also new to the community.

Do you have 15 karma? Otherwise, it needs to be manually approved by a moderator.

Do you have >15 karma?

Edit: I see neither of your handles in the queue. If you’re still waiting for approval, please post a link to the question.

Well if your post is “Please moderate this after 5 days” - then surely you can’t complain that it’s awaiting moderation for 5 days? 0_0

I’ve moved your question to the Help Room. This is where newer user should post basic question and posts there don’t have a karma bar(15 in normal space) to post without moderation.

All moderators on Answers are volunteers, so please be patient.

I published it for you. That sort of question would probably get better answers here in the forums though. Unity Answers is best suited for specific technical questions.
