When Setting it up it says (“Failed to delete unity installation files. Maybe unity or some of its tools are still running?”) and if i hit retry says same thing if i hit ignore when i go to open unity it crashes dosent even open. how can i fix this???

I would suggest a reboot, to make sure you don’t have any applications running, and then try to re-install.
In case it still fails to install, please provide some additional details, i.e. OS (assuming from the message it’s Windows), Unity version, which folder you are installing into, if Unity is actually already running etc.
