Hi, I’m looking to build a dedicated team to collaborate on a Souls-like game with a completely original world, story, characters, and visuals.
This is not a clone or asset flip. The goal is to create a large-scale game inspired by Souls mechanics (combat, atmosphere, difficulty, environmental storytelling), but built entirely from scratch with its own identity.
Project Vision
- Dark, atmospheric, lore-driven world
- Skill-based combat inspired by Souls-like games
- Fully original setting, enemies, bosses, and narrative
- No copying of maps, characters, or story elements
- Long-term project aiming for a full game, not a small demo
My Role
I will be handling:
- Music and sound direction
- Some art
- Some animation
- Most of the story and lore
I am looking for collaborators who are serious about building something and are willing to commit long-term.
Roles Needed
I am looking for motivated and passionate people, including:
- Programmers (Unity or Unreal)
- Gameplay / combat designers
- 3D artists and environment artists
- Character artists
- Animators
- Level designers
- Technical artists
- Anyone with Souls-like experience (development, modding, or deep system knowledge)
Experience is welcome, but commitment and consistency matter most.

- This is a collaboration project, not a Dark Souls copy
