I’ve decided to start a tutorial series. Here’s the first video:
That was clear. Good work! Only thing is, we have no idea where you’re going with it. You should add in the description, what this is actually an introduction/setup for. “Coding Tutorial” is pretty vague.
Here’s an example of what I’m talking about:
Thanks for the feedback. I believe I did post in the description that it was an introduction to my series. Anything else you think I should work on in my videos?
Your description is “Introduction to the series.”. Your video title is “Unity3d Coding Tutorials #1”. That topic is too huge; you need to be more specific about what you’re going to be teaching. Otherwise, people aren’t going to waste their time trying to figure out if what you have to say is worth it for them to listen to.
The approach I’ve taken is to group things into playlists, which add the ability to have multiple levels of description, like a table of contents. YouTube isn’t exactly ideal for setting up tutorial videos (and I hate that you can’t watch the videos in greater than 1x speed - I always do that with tutorials from other sources), but it’s the best option I know of for getting your information out to people, for free.
