Hey everyone.
We hear a lot of feedback about how hard it is to find brand new questions on the platform. Until today the default view pushed older active threads to the top of the list. This meant fresh posts with zero replies would get buried fast.
The Community Platform team just deployed a quality of life update to fix this.
You will notice a new “Created” column sitting right between the view count and the latest activity columns on all topic lists. Click that column header to sort the list by the exact date the topic was posted. You can toggle between ascending and descending order.
This should make it much easier to jump in and help out users who just asked a question.
