Where can I find good animals and creatures 3d models in reasonable price ???
While “good” and “reasonable” is likely to be different for every individual, you might want to take a look at the animals section in the Unity Asset Store.
Already looked but 100$ min for 24 characters it’s too much
$100 for 24 high quality characters is actually really cheap. If you’re just prototyping you could look around at any of the free 3d model sites but I wouldn’t trust any of them for production release as there are potential copyright issues (lots of stolen content out there).
There are lots of free options on the asset store… you don’t have to buy a pack. And if you’re not looking to release something right away, just pull individual items from the store and use them for prototyping, then replace them later when you have the budget.
Check the animations, most are atrocious. Not seem any good ones yet.
For quality models with PBR materials, $100 for 24 characters is ridiculously cheap.
thanks for the info !! what do you think about this pack ?

and this one ?

i mean their quality cause im not expert about modeling
Protofactor animals are ok, walking animations are not good, but overall reasonable. The horror ones, again ok if it suits your game. They appear mostly humanoid, so there’s an infinite supply of anims out there that should work if you want more than what is provided.
Protofactor models are good quality, and he is currently updating that pack and others based off of feedback.
(disclaimer: I have worked indirectly with him in the past so I have a slight bias) but his models are very nice, especially the alligator he is currently working on. If you want to see additional updates he posts on sketchfab regularly.
thanks i bought the Bear from him to see the quality , it looks good but somehow the animations doesnt work for me
i created animator for it , assigned all the animations that available to it and nothing… can i get any help pls ?
Have you contacted him? Publisher himself will be better than anyone else
Have you gone through the animation learning material? To be honest - I wouldn’t bother an asset provider if you are not confident you are setting up the model properly in Unity.
He told me
“Looks like you didn’t connect the animations to the any state
please make sure to go through the documentation
there are plenty of tutorials out there that can greatly help you understand all the concepts involved in character movement etc…”
I would highly recommend you follow his advice.
it doesnt work …
