Add a video to Unity to use a cutscene?

Can I add a video to Unity and use it as an intro to the game or cutscene? And what audio file type does it have to be to import audio?

if you own unity pro you can yes. the normal Unity can’t use movies.

Audio: optimally ogg

I noticed the files were .ogg.
How should I convert the file to it.

Movie can use as a Texture .
first step :
use the movie as Texture in 3DSMAX
second Step:
import the MAX file to the scene
third Step
imort the movie ,drag to the material
forth step:
use script to make the movie play
