[Android + Desktop] Not your regular kind of maze

Hi folks,

Let me show you my 3d maze game where you have to go around cylinders, cubes and other shape. You also have to use jumpers to fly around the maze.
I handcrafted the levels so the difficulty is increasing and become a real challenge for anyone after a certain level.

It’s my very first game and I put a lot of care to polish it. I’ll be very glad for your feedback and suggestions so I know what to improve.
If you have any technical question I’ll be glad to answer.

That looks like a catchy idea and I like the tune in the video.

You made 120 levels by hand or have you part-automated the maze generation process?

Thank you.

I made a generator-editor, so it generates a level according to the data I need (size, shape, jumpers …) then I edit it by hand to control the difficulty.
You’ll see if you play them, the 3d “oppressive” (hard) levels are not huge but they are really tricky.

@randoum
This is one creative game on mobile. Inspired by Super Mario?:smile:
Mobile game markets should need more this kind of unique game-play.
The art can improve more like adding gradient, highlight and so on.
You did a nice job. Keep it up.:wink:

@AkiraWong89 ,
Thank you! Your encouragements are very much appreciated!

Believe me or not, I’m not a Mario fan. Last time I played a title of the series was in the late 80’s.
Anyhow, the art can be improved I could not agree more. The textures are generated when loading the level, so I guess I’ll have to work on the shaders. But my priority for now is to try to get players to play the game… Marketing… Bliss
