AndroidSDKToolsException: Unable to resolve build tools directory

hi. im trying to build an apk but when i open the player settings i get 3 errors with “AndroidSDKToolsException: Unable to resolve build tools directory” title. i know there is thread already about this( 2019.1.0a12 Can't find Android SDK build-tools ) but couldn’t send a post there so im opening a new thread here.by the way im sure that sdk is ok but still get this error.
unity version: 2019.2.10.f1

Update: i did the same thing in the thread linked above and that solved my problem.first post of the cassandraL
