I updated my asset previous friday, and the update is still not live. Usually, it doesn’t take more than a day for an update to go live. What’s going on? This update is important.

Generally, there’s just a lot of assets and processes to go through, many hands are needed.
it was a little slower this week and in general.
but processes are happening.

Roku not connecting to WiFi
When trying to connect to the Wifi, the Roku device shows you a list of all available WiFi networks. You need to pick your network and then type in the password for your WiFi. However, sometimes the WiFi might not connect or Roku players that have been working fine in the past might start showing “Not Connected” on the home screen. These devices would then give you an error code when trying to connect to your wifi. @AndrewAssetStore On another note, I created a new asset that relies on a third party plugin, that is a js file. My new asset got almost immediately rejected because it’s using a js file. What can I do? I sent an email to support. Should I wait or should I resubmit and tell them to not reject it? I’m not using UnityScript or anything like that. It’s just a jslib plugin that uses a js file.
I’m thinking the asset got rejected by a robot and an asset store reviewer didn’t even get to see it.
@AndrewAssetStore Can you give me an estimate of how long it takes for Unity support to get back to customers?
@AndrewAssetStore Please, I need some kind of feedback. How long is the asset store taking to approve updates? It used to be 3 days. The new turnaround of a month was for new assets, it wasn’t affecting my asset updates. Now it is. Support won’t reply, I need to know how long I’m going to wait, more or less.
