Beast resolution problem

I’m having problem getting high enough resolution for my Beast lightmaps. The preview can show the resolution up to approx 80 textels per world unit and even if I render with a higher setting (200) the lightmap is lowres, no more than what the preview showed (80)?
The scene is small with two rooms 8x4 meters.
Scaled to fit the first person controller so it should be correct scale.

Anyone knows how to fix this?
