I’ve been playing a few games like Dragon City and Castle Cats for example and noticed the unity ads I watch for prizes are unable to be closed after they run. The x button fails to work and I have to restart the game without the reward.

I only have my phone so I have nothing else to compare it to. Once I get another ad like that I’ll screenshot what’s under the ‘i’ button and post it in this thread.
I’ve told Dragon City tech support, but I think they said they would have to look into it further. It’s strange because I’ve gotten other Unity ads for other gaming apps, and they look different with the blue DL button smaller in the middle (not overlapping) of the white panel and their ‘x’ buttons work. They’re usually in another area of the screen too.
But the ones like the one in the screenshot don’t.
I have a moto 3g. Android 6.0
Looked up in our internal systems and there are 10 different games called “Dragon City” ofc… Can you send me some unique information of the game, e.g. bundle id of game (would be best), otherwise the name of company developing/publishing the game. You can just send me in PM.

The info files come in two parts with one line on part two of the screenshot. I’m not sure if they’re all the same though, but they had very similar numbers, but I’m not a tech expert.
Geez I think I figured it out. You have to tilt the phone vertically for these particular ads. You would have thought the ad would’ve told you to do so…
I got the same problem. But the solution mentioned above is not working for me. Can anypne help?
